Commercial Air
Our agency has special relationships with airlines, which allows us to book flights on behalf of our clients. This doesn't always mean discounted fares, but it does mean that we have access to VIP contacts at the airlines. In case of any issues, such as missed connections, delays, weather problems, or cancelled flights, we can take care of the problem for our clients.

How can I get assistance with researching hotels?
____________________________________________________________________________________ Please take note of the following policy regarding hotel bookings: While there is no charge for booking hotels through our agency, we require an upfront refundable trip inquiry deposit of $200 per inquiry. This deposit is collected to cover the cost of research and to provide multiple hotel quotes to our clients for a specific trip. Should you decide to book a hotel through our agency, the deposit will be refunded to you. However, if the vacation is canceled after booking, does not materialize, or if you ultimately choose not to book through our agency, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the time and services provided. This policy ensures that our agency is fairly compensated for the time and effort involved in extensive research, planning, and providing comprehensive guidance to our clients.

We also have access to non-public/wholesale rates for thousands of properties worldwide, which we pass along to our clients. In addition, our agency has special negotiated rates with hundreds of hotels, so our clients are entitled to a discount at those properties. The agency is also a member of many preferred hotel programs/consortia (i.e., Virtuoso, Belmond Bellini Club, Rosewood Elite, Design Hotels Pro, Dorchester Diamond Club, Jumeriah Passport to Luxury, Peninsula Pen Club, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Starwood Luxury Privileges, to name a few), thereby enabling us to obtain amenities for our clients such as complimentary daily breakfast, room upgrades, hotel / resort credits, or early check-in / late check-out at hotels that participate in such programs. Irrespective of whether a client is a member of AMEX Platinum’s Fine Hotels and Resorts program or another preferred hotel program, we can always get clients more benefits than they would get through those programs. Finally, the agency works directly with the sales teams at thousands of properties worldwide, so clients always receive VIP treatment due to our personal relationship with a contact on property.
Can you explain the advantages of booking a hotel through your agency?
____________________________________________________________________________________ When renting a home through our agency, there is an upfront non-refundable fee of $300. This fee covers our assistance with finding and coordinating the rental. It is non-refundable and separate from any concierge services we may provide. Additional fees will apply for concierge services.
How does the process of renting a home or villa work with you?
____________________________________________________________________________________ Many clients request our full trip planning services, tailored to the specific type of trip they are taking (such as international travel, trips to multiple destinations, private excursions, etc.). This provides great value based on our agency’s connections in the destination country, including local destination managers and tour operators. The trip planning/concierge fee covers our assistance in creating a daily itinerary for your vacation. This includes help with transportation (such as cars/drivers, rental cars, private planes, etc.), transfers, tour guides, excursions, activities, dining reservations, beach club reservations (as far as possible), obtaining tickets for special events, making special arrangements, and more. Essentially, we handle all the logistics and ensure a seamless experience upon your arrival. For the services above, we typically charge an upfront non-refundable fee. The final amount is determined by the client's length of travel, number of destinations, number of travelers, and how far in advance we are planning.

____________________________________________________________________________________ Our agency can arrange flights on your behalf, leveraging our strong connections with airlines. While we may not always secure discounted fares, our special relationships and access to VIP contacts at the airlines allow us to handle any issues that may arise, such as missed connections, delays, weather problems, itinerary changes, or flight cancellations. The ticketing fee includes services like researching, booking, and managing your flights for paid tickets. We also provide assistance with up to one voluntary flight change, separate from any airline change fees. In the event of flight cancellations, delays, or changes beyond your control, our fee covers rebooking assistance, which is not considered a voluntary change.
